Hubbell and Hubbell Architects and James Hubbell Studio paired up for a commission of stained glass and an oil painting at SDGE to spice up their hallway leading to the lunch room. The stained glass piece, consisting of former chandelier pieces and beveled glass as well as glass from Germany, creates prisms on the opposite wall where an oil painting of a silver-leaf moon is mounted. James designed the two to play off of each other when the light shines through around lunch time.
