Are you headed to the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park this summer? While you’re there, keep an eye out for some designs that Hubbell and Hubbell Architects helped to create with a wonderful design team.

Observe kangaroos and wallabies at the Australian exhibit and cafe. Then grab lunch and enjoy the view of a wide range of amazing species roaming their Safari Park habitat from the Watering Hole restaurant, located at the top of the Kijamii Overlook. The bar, made of a giant faux baobab tree, houses the bar and its staff within its hollow core. You won’t want to miss grabbing a drink here!

We also helped to design the Elephant shade structures and the Platypus structures. We love working with the Zoo and its team on these unique projects and we hope you enjoy the Zoo and Safari Park as much as we do.
