Glass artist Cherrie La Porte will be teaching the Glass Mosaic Surfboard Workshop this month. Using two surfboards as your “canvas,” you’ll team up with seven other students to make two mosaic surfboards — each designed by James Hubbell. This is a great way to learn about color, design, and technique. All levels welcome. The finished designs will be auctioned off at a fundraiser to support the next Pacific Rim Park in Yantai, China happening this summer.
