In the article “Act Now, Save Now” by Linda Sechrist, Drew explains that homeowners and commercial businesses can save money improving the energy-efficiency of their homes and buildings through the new Energy UpGrade California program.
Funded in part from the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the California Energy Commission currently has $12. million to spend toward energy upgrades.
