Ilan-Lael is the hand-built home of San Diego artist James Hubbell and his wife Anne located in Julian, CA.  For more than 50 years they’ve been building their mountain retreat, creating art, and sharing their creativity with the community.  Once each year they open their historically-designated and architecturally significant home to the general public.  Come tour the grounds, meet the artist and his family, and be inspired by art, architecture, and nature in a way that you wont soon forget.
