Plant Power – Ocean Beach

Plant Power is the first establishment of a cutting edge new vegan fast food restaurant. Hubbell & Hubbell designed the restaurant as a 2,275 SF tenant improvement project that was constructed simultaneously with the building shell development project designed by others.

The restaurant is a well-lit space filled with indoor plants and has high visibility from the street. Interior features are sustainable bamboo plywood furnishings along with brushed aluminum and paint colors to enhance branding of the restaurant. Plant Power has both indoor and outdoor seating, ordering tables placed at a traditional ordering counter, I-pad ordering kiosks, a walk-up window from the parking lot, and drive-up ordering kiosks.
