A Craftsman Cottage

We worked closely with our clients in Leucadia to create a comfortable Craftsman-style home that took advantage of the natural light and winds for the greatest energy efficiency. It is also oriented for close access to their stunning gardens, which surround and compliment the warm colors of the cottage. The 3-bedrooms surrounding the family room and kitchen, flanked by a porch and patio with views of the beautiful greenery, not only create a welcoming home but a sense of a cozy getaway at the same time.
