Old Town Academy

Old Town Academy is a K-8 charter school that opened in 2011. Hubbell & Hubbell provided all of the architectural services necessary required to remodel, change occupancy, and permit this school in an existing 33,710 SF business building under the strict time frame of one summer. The building interior had to be redesigned to allow classrooms and teacher offices sized for their occupancy along with exiting corridors and accessibility features.
