Casa Verde is a 15-unit 3-story condominium development over a 30-car subterranean garage located on the Mission Valley Rim.  The condo-complex is designed as five detached clusters of 1-3 story buildings that match the existing development patterns.  The project is expected to receive LEED Silver certification as each unit has been individually designed to maximize passive solar strategies, natural ventilation and on-site renewable energy production.

Casa Verde is influenced by the Spanish Colonial Revival style of its immediate neighbors.  The incorporation of iconic artwork and sculptural relief by James Hubbell will add artistic flair to the existing prevalent Mission and Hacienda style buildings of the Mission Valley Rim.  Hubbell & Hubbell and the development committee have been working in collaboration with City of San Diego building officials and the local neighborhood associations to help make this project a reality.
